Our client in the private health sector is looking to employ an Operating Room Nurses to join their diverse team.

Responsibilities:
-Help navigate the process of pre-surgery, intra-surgery and post-surgery
-Assisting the surgical team, providing care for the patient, and educating the patient's family.
-Promote the health and welfare of the patient under a variety of conditions

Circulator nurse:
-Provide a safe environment and nursing care in the operating room.
-Dispense sterile instruments and monitors the operating room during surgery

Scrub nurse
Handle sterile instruments, sponges and any other items during procedures

Registered Nurse First Assistant:
Directly assist with surgical procedures.
Assist the surgeon with various tasks
You also be required to assist in suturing at the close of the surgery.

Must Have:
SANC registration
At least 5 years’ experience as an Operating Room Nurse
Nursing Degree or Diploma
