A leading land based operator is expanding portfolios and they have exciting opportunities in their brand new iGaming venture. They have an amazing job opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join their in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the team, from the initial ideation through to completion. This role will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

Your key job responsibilities as the Operations Coordinator in Johannesburg will include:

- Support local regional team and its projects, in particular for regional partnerships
- Maintain and update team project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
- Drive process & workflow optimisation, keeping regional and global aspects aligned
- Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Take on general administrative tasks to support the team
- Conduct market research when necessary to support projects
- Incorporate risk mitigation strategy and contingency planning into projects

Requirements for this Operations Coordinator job in Johannesburg:

- Strong communication at all levels within a team or organisation
- At least 1 year experience in managing a project or projects using standardised PM methodologies
- Process driven mindset, detailed-oriented, rapid learner, proactive approach
- Strong aptitude in project skills; teamwork skills; strong desire to empower others
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet or other standard Project Management tools
- Long-held passion for, and experience with, online/digital gaming is a plus
