The Department:

Purpose of the Role:

You would be responsible for servicing our new and existing customers through inbound and outbound services across all mediums. These services will be offered across all offered products, you will be required to do so by delivering an unfailing high quality of service. These services will be focused on customer retention and all interventions will be directed at improving customer loyalty, retention and relationship building.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Completion of daily outbound sales with daily set KPI in the English language
• Meet or exceed daily outbound KPI’s of dials, claims and conversions
• Execute outbound campaigns to identify customers
• Customer relationship building and management
• Cross selling of products and services
• Processing pertinent information into relevant databases
• Performing extra tasks given by managers/supervisors as required
• Excellent time management and adherence to schedule

Essential Criteria:

• 1-2 Years’ Sales experience
• Fluent in English; able to communicate effectively (Speak, Read and Write)
• Able to work 24/7 shift rotations
• Grade 12 OR Equivalent
• Reliable transport

• Be in possession of degree or diploma; preferably in sales or marketing
