PA to MD – West Rand, JHB
Company looking for an experienced PA – with background from Construction Sites & Equipment / Earthmoving Equipment / Forklifts.
Job Description:
• Provide (but not limited to) personal, administrative support and assistance to the MD
• IMPORTANT: Co-ordinate project-based work – This is important as PA must run the housing project for MD
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
• Design and maintain databases
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials
• Collate and manage data
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
• Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
• Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Receive and interact with incoming visitors
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Requirements and skills:
• Diploma in Office Administration / Secretarial
• Fully bilingual
• Physically fit (must walk around on site)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience – within a Construction Sites & Equipment / Earthmoving Equipment / Forklifts
• Strong computer skills (MS Office) & Spreadsheet software
Salary: R17,500 – R20k CTC pm, negotiable with the experience
