Description
We are looking for an experienced paid search specialist to assist in the optimisation and management of our paid ad campaigns. You should be skilled in search engine marketing (SEM) and search engine optimisation (SEO) with strong analytical and financial acumen.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design, implement and manage the day-to-day execution of innovative PPC campaigns
Own the buildout (keywords, ads, targeting) of various search campaigns
Work closely with stakeholders to meet campaign objectives and ensure optimal delivery
Develop and execute tests (ad copy, landing pages, audiences, etc.)
Leverage multiple sources of customer data to inform, target and optimise campaigns
Monitor, analyse & report on overall paid search campaign performance
Coordinate with external partners in the implementation of new features
Keep abreast of changes and new opportunities that become available
Ensure optimal retargeting strategies in place
Ad hoc reporting as necessary to continually measure performance
Key Competencies
Fluent in English – both spoken and written
In-depth experience with web analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics
Excellent understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
Ability to create landing pages, lead-generation forms and CTAs for distribution on relevant paid programs
Graphic design skills
Highly competent with Excel

Requirements
Relevant tertiary qualification
3+ years’ related experience
Understanding and experience with HTML, CSS & JS
Advanced understanding of factors influencing ranking
Proven record of implementing successful paid campaigns
Ideal Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related field
Experience managing campaigns in SMB/E sector
Experience in graphic design (e.g. Photoshop)
Experience writing SEO-friendly content
Experience managing campaigns in SMB/E sector
