JOB DESCRIPTION:
The incumbent will be responsible for panelbeating, repairing and general maintenance repairs to the fleet of vehicles from trucks to small LDV’s. The ideal candidate should have experience above average in truck and motor vehicle repairs as a Panelbeater in a very fast paced work environment.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in Afrikaans.
- Have passion for their work and can deliver quality results.
- Prepared to work shifts and including weekends.
- Must have experience greater than 5 years and if qualified will be advantageous.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to complete projects in time.
- - Willing to work adhoc hours and weekends.
- Medically fit.

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Constructions related experience in structural steel work on heavy duty equipment and specifically transport trucks and trailers.
Any additional task that may be allocated to a person which might not be directly associated to a Panelbeater and Panelshop work area.
- Must have the skill to work on trucks (Volvo, Scania, Actros, Eagles and internationals).
- Fabrication and construction of panel beating experience is essential of more than 3-5 years. Work references may be required.
- Basic welding skills.
- Needs to be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner and manage the project effectively for speedily repairs with the best results.
- Should be able to work independently and maintain professionalism.
