PAYROLL MANAGER (Rosebank, Jhb)

Our client within the Hospitality Sector and situated in the heart of Rosebank, is seeking to employ a Payroll Manager to take charge of the payroll function of over 200 staff members. It is a pre-requisite to have a minimum of 3-5 years FMCG experience and must be based in the local vicinity of Rosebank (JHB).

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary education essential
• Minimum of 3-5 years FMCG experience in salary administration
• Knowledge of accounting systems (Pastel, Sage, Xero)
• Stable track record
• Based in Rosebank with flexi hours
• Stock count and stock maintenance experience
• Knowledge in compliance
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Key Accountabilities:

Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Remuneration: R40 000 – R50 000 pm
