Upmarket exclusive Private Game Lodge have a career opportunity for a professional, experienced PA (minimum 3 years support at MD Level) with a Diploma or similar qualification in office management (hospitality or accounting) . First prize would be that the person comes with Hospitality experience. The non negotiables are that the person be immaculate in all respects, professional, all rounder with exceptional interpersonal skills and strong organisational skills coupled with ability to think on their feet! Drivers licence is a must.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TOO:

Full PA support to MD (travel, diary, events, meetings, agendas, typing, stand in management)

Liaising with suppliers and contractors

Documenting all policies and procedures

Overseeing Gift shop - creative flair is a must for flower arranging

Filing - both electronic and manual

Guest Liaison - complaints, recommendations etc

Processes and procedures - ensure most effective and smooth running of various depts

VIP guest handling (gifts etc)

Work closely supporting various HOD's

THIS IS A LIVE IN ROLE, and to commence ASAP.

Salary R10-12k plus full accommodation.
