Our client in Construction company is looking for a Personal Assistant for their office Johannesburg South.
Act as first point of contact for the Director, screening calls, email and meetings.
Responsible for all administration duties
Suggest more efficient ways to run the office
Running general errands for the MD
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare for meetings and take minutes
Making sure the company’s corporate identity is up to date.
Ensure membership fees of professional bodies are up to date for each year
Post Matric qualification (an Advantage)
Driver's licence (essential)
2-5 years’ experience as a personal/executive assistant
Previous work in the engineering/construction industry would be an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good command of English and venecular languages
Ability to multi-task
Must have worked on SAGE systems (a must)
