SUMMARY

Oversee & develop plans to cost-effectively transform the unconstrained demand from the market through a constrained module and still achieve the business objectives. This will be achieved by managing and directing the supply chain-planning department, processes, and systems to meet marketing demands at the lowest cost.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a planning strategy.
Support the development and implementation of a strategic supply chain infrastructure plan.
Analysed and reported operations performance.
Developed, agreed, and monitored performance goals
Guided, supported, and coached team
Managed externally manufactured product supply (Outsourcing)
Planning methods/techniques
Inventory management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/ higher or similar advantage
3 – 4 Years of planning/ production/ Supply experience in a FMCG environment
Computer literate in Excel
Knowledge of ABACA & CTI an advantage
Manufacturing and Supply chain experience essential
Knowledge of LEAN, Pull Production, and basic supply chain principles
