MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To manage the production operation and production services for the organisation at a strategic and systemic level, to ensure operational efficiencies, schedule adherence, quality and productivity. To insure all processing equipment is maintained to the set standard.
Implement projects and operational enhancements, control budgets, ensure productivity and manage all aspects of people and product.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
What are the MINIMUM requirements for the incumbent in order to perform this job in terms of:
Qualifications:
Tertiary & Functional ? B-Degree in Industrial Engineering Qualification
? Food Technology Qualification will be an advantage

Experience:
Include minimum period and level of such experience ? 8-10 years’ experience as a Plant Manager in a similar industry.
? 16.2 experience.?
Competencies: Knowledge:
Describe the knowledge requirements of this role – The things the incumbent must know to be successful in the role ? CAD Skills.
? Thorough understanding of food processing and fruit industry.
? Mechanical mindset and understanding of machinery.
