You require to have the following experience:

Pre-owned Sales Management experience in vehicles sales
Strong team leading ability, correcting weaknesses
Sound communications skills with both difficult DPs, wholesalers and customers
The ability to follow instruction without the need of being followed up by management.
Excellent trade contacts
Energy and enthusiasm
Be able to attract a good flow of solid customers
