SUMMARY

Our Client from the Property / Real Estate industry is seeking to appoint a Precinct Manager, that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Precinct Manager is responsible for the complete management of a precinct and retail centre and keeps abreast of new market opportunities and trends to ensure a top-class precinct.

This role utilizes market research data to gain insights into the overall shopper, office worker and tenant experience to enhance service delivery and offerings for an overall customer-centric focus at the property level.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A relevant degree in Business, Legal or Financial Management.
NQF7
Extensive knowledge and experience within the Pretoria property market
Minimum of 7 Years of Property Management experience in a similar role.
