Brief Job Description
The successful incumbent will be required to:
? Run Sales and Stock Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
? System Maintenance
o Update and Maintain Supplier Price files
o Update and Maintain Customer Price Contracts
o Load New Stock Codes
? Investigate Supplier Purchase order queries
? Investigate Customer Invoice queries
? Consignment and In-house Stock Control
o Stock Adjustments on request
o Stock Corrections if needed
o Maintain and Update of Stock Lots on “hold status”
o Stock Transfers and replenishments
? Stock Take
o Preparation
o Capture
o Validations
? General Assistance for Systems Team
