Top software development company seeks a motivated, dynamic and confident individual to come onboard as a Product Manager and hit the ground running!

Job requirements include:
Managing internal stakeholders and also external stakeholders which include but are not limited to software development agencies / suppliers; suppliers of product / other technical services to the business and regulatory bodies, etc.
Managing the development process of software
to a critical path.
Running scrums / stand ups.
Managing and overseeing a budget.
Reporting back to investors on project progress.

Experience required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Manager role or similar.
Proven working experience using agile PM approaches.
Proven experience in leading / managing teams.
Proven experience in leading stand ups (scrums).
Proven experience in having dealt with stakeholders at all levels.

Skills and competencies required:
Must be deadline driven and have a strong sense of urgency to effectively see tasks through to completion with excellence.
Must be structured and methodical, yet agile.
Must have the ability to confidently deal with stakeholders and ensure alignment across multiple platforms.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and take accountability to move tasks across the line on time.
Must have strong organisational skills with a good attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for this type of role.

Salary:
Will pay up R60k per month (depending on skills and years of experience).
