Applications are invited from suitably qualified and skilled candidates for this position at the Agriculture Division, based at the Midrand operations. The Production & Operation Manager will be responsible for meeting the company’s budgeted requirement of excellent quality chicks at a budget cost. This will be driven through the achievement of world-leading hatchery performance.
A tertiary qualification in a commercial or agricultural field is required, with 5 years’ operational, managerial experience or experience in poultry quality systems. The position reports directly to the Senior Production Manager and carries a TASK grade of T14.
