Sovereign Foods in their Commercial division is looking for individuals to assume the responsibilities of a Production Info Clerk at the Hartbeespoort Abattoir located in Pretoria West. The Production Info Clerk is responsible for ensuring that accurate and timeous report on all processing systems that will highlight and ensure that the Processing Team is producing the most profitable mix of products and maximizing plant throughput is prepared daily. The position carries the TASK grade of T04 and reports to the Information Team Leader on site. The incumbent must possess a senior certificate and an Intermediate level Computer literacy in Microsoft Packages with at least 2-3 years Data capturing experience in a FMCG environment.

RESULTS REQUIRED

•Accurate and continuous capturing of data on systems.
•Ensure information packs to management are sent out daily before 08h00.
•To participate in any cost reduction initiatives.
•Ensure that housekeeping is adhered to at all times.
•Adhere and comply with all Sovereign foods Health and safety as well as Risk procedures.
•Adhere to all HACCP Procedures.

•Good computer skills

•Excellent knowledge of all poultry production methods
•Strong analytical skills and ability to take corrective action
•Excellent communication skills
•High degree of computer literacy
