Production Information Team Leader

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and skilled candidates for this position within the Commercial Division, based at the Uitenhage operations. The successful incumbents will report directly to the Senior Divisional Finance Manager. The Production Information Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring that accurate and timeous reports and record-keeping on all production systems are timeously available. The job holder must have a minimum of 3 years working experience with Production Information Systems and NQF level 5 certificates in Information Systems is essential. Poultry experience will be an added advantage.

Required Results

• Distribute station reports, production dashboard and scale reports
• Ensure accurate daily production recording
• Maintain daily checklist to ensure all data collection points are operating consistently and correctly.
• Keep production orders Forecast and verify sales orders against availability of birds daily
• Ensure daily compliance of stock controllers and information clerks
• Monitor data collection points
• Timeous preparation and presentation of accurate, concise reports
