Responsibilities:
Conduct shift meetings
Drive and maintain Teams

Motivate and coach team members
Address personnel matters
Oversee Processing of base
Apply quality assurance to the process and ensure integrity of the product
Control inputs and outputs of the manufacturing process
Ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) are in place
Maintain good housekeeping (5S)Conduct first-line maintenance and inspections
Conduct first-line training with team
Follow standard operating procedures (SOP)
Ensure cleaning in place (CIP) procedures are followed


Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification
Ability to function well under pressure
Processing background
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays in a factory environment
