Our YES4YOUTH program are currently looking for young technical or mechanical minded candidates between the ages of 18-25, usually a junior or senior, who is interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing or production processing. There are many benefits to our YES program for students and employers alike.

Primador’s YES program gives young students the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and giving them a leg-up on their peers upon a future career.
Our youth work right on a production floor where they have the unique opportunity to not only learn Lean processes and quality standards, but also help their team meet company goals.
It all starts with safety, however. Youth, just like all our employees, spend their first day going through our thorough safety orientation where they are provided personal protective equipment (PPE). They learn the value of keeping safety front and center in everything they do, and how important it is to look out for one another.
