Project Manager
Job Description
•Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
•Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
•Project & service Schedule, Kick-off meetings, planning, budget application and quality control, payments and invoicing; project & service receivables and billing
•Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
•Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
•Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes.
•Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed before and during projects by talking with customers, team members, managers, and in-house accountants and negotiating price and payment agreements with vendors.
•Anticipate details of future projects by communicating directly with customers and staying informed of relevant trends and industry news.
•Customer relationship with clients who have assigned the project & service to company and achieve customer’s expectation.
•Manage IT suppliers, outsources partners ensuring changes request delivery and incident/problems are addressed.
•Management of service providers SLA. Management of deployment, maintenance, support and all IT services.
•Gate keeper of production environment ensuring system stability.
•Core Competencies FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Project Management Principles; Business Acumen; Contract Terminology; Problem Solving; Financial Management; Project Management; Company Policies/ Procedures & Procedures
•Prepare tender and proposals for prospective clients to expand business operations
•Lead, supervise and coordinate all the activities and bring out the best in the team
•Strategic management of Human Resources in project team, and provide certain supervising and training to junior team members
•Responsible for easy communication between project team members, Marketing Director and other internal departments as well.
• Utilize organizational structure, procedures to bring out ease and flow in the task
•Internal support to Sales for business opportunities from project prospective.
•Ensure all project & service reports have completed and signed by client on time.
•Responsibility to perform efficiently, honestly and confidentiality.
•Anything related to Project ,Service and company business.


Project Manager Requirements:

Three years’ experience in related field.

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.

Ability to work on tight deadlines.

Required Certification/Professional Registration ITIL certification Qualifications Relevant degree/ diploma (at least NQF level 6) Experience 3 Years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years on coordinator management experience.
