Our clients sector is in the Asset Management industry, they are situated under the shadow of Table Mountain in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. They are looking for a top-notch Project Manager for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Project planning and scope definition;
Resource management;
Risk management and issue resolution;
Change management and stakeholder management;
Documentation and knowledge management; and
Prioritisation and backlog management.

Non-Negotiables
5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager (IT and Business)
Experience in digital and process transformation projects within financial services;
Experience in process design and change management frameworks;
Knowledge of client experience and investment front-office practices;
Computer literacy in SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, MS project, Azure DevOps and Power BI;
Competence in both Agile and Traditional Project delivery methods; and
Experience in leading a team and/or project management office.

Technical/professional qualifications:
B. Com or similar;
Project management qualification PMI, PRINCE2, Agile PMI or similar;
Agile Certifications Scrum, KANBAN;
Six sigma would be an advantage; and
Financial markets certification would be an advantage.
