Preference will be given to male candidates as some of the areas that will be travelled to are not ideal for women, This is to project manage a new division, it is a food category where the two markets will be wholesale/cash n carry and retail. There is a fair amount of promotional work involved which will be at the likes of cash n carry or a Boxer store as an example.

This position would be suited to candidates from a Food Manufacturing back ground
We are looking for someone number driven who understands profit loss and who can co-ordinate a project from start to finish.

R15000 CTC negotiable depending on level of experience. Travelling will be compensated and there will be a company phone you are on the road out on promotions.

Requirements
• Grade 12
• Degree / Diploma advantageous (Production / Supply Chain Management)
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 of FSCC2200
• Own Vehicle – travelling involved
• To have worked in an environment where FSSC 2200 was implemented advantageous
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Purchasing experience will advantageous
• Staff management – must have managed not less than 5 employees

Duties and responsibilities but not limited to;
• Maintain effective office procedures and efficient work flows
• Co-ordinate in Store Promotions from start to finish, responsible for arranging staff, transport, equipment and advertising.
• Communicate various events with the involved individuals, plan and organise for smooth Promotions.
• Responsible for confirming materials purchased for production
• Check that materials are purchased according to Company specifications
• Managing on time deliveries from suppliers
• Managing on time deliveries to manufacturer
• Ensure the production materials are accurate
• Compile and ensure production data file is always up to date
• Planning and forecasting
• Provide accurate information to contribute to the production planning and estimates
• Building and maintaining relationships with external parties
• Co-ordinate the movement of materials and final product
• Liaising with internal departments for production purposes
• Adhere to safe manufacturing procedures
