Property Administrator

CONTRACT position for 6 months, possibility of permanency.

This role would be great for someone that knows about property, how to read building plans, knowledge on what to look for regarding zoning, etc, combined with a good eye for detail when compiling the catalogues (layout & presentation)

Essential Skills/Attributes (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
* Minimum 5 years Property Administration experience
* High accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Strong literacy skills, grammar and spelling: English language
* Good basic numeracy skills: accuracy with figures, working out percentages etc
* Eye for layout/presentation
* Computer literate: Basic MS Excel, MS Word, Windows
* Ability to handle pressure and deadlines
* Ability to multitask with good time management
* Strong work ethic, doesn’t need to be micromanaged
* Works well in a team – punctual and good attendance record
* Extremely advantageous: any experience using InDesign, Photoshop, MS PowerPoint

Tasks
* Obtaining information from various sources
* Fact checking/cross referencing of information
* Preparation of information into information packs for prospective purchasers
* Preparation of documentation for auctions (conditions of sale, presentations, catalogues etc)
* Reception relief
* Client registration and liaison at auctions (minimal)

Salary R10 000 – R15 000 depending on experience
