In this position we equip you with the stock and the clients, all you need is your sales pitch. You will BENEFIT from:

Essential Requirements:
? Relevant diploma/degree (financial qualification advantageous)
? NQF 4: Real Estate
? EAAB/ Fidelity Fund certificate
? Experience in selling residential property
? Sectional title and experience with property contracts
? Knowledge of the property sales process and understanding investments
? Dealing with high net-worth clients
? Sales skills and closing the deals
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Confident ,assertive , well-presented and neat
? Computer literate, including Excel skills
? Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
? Own transport
? Ability to work under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
? Trust entity and company structures
? Property financing, registration and Tax
Some duties & responsibilities include:
• Provide consulting services and property sales to primary buyers and investors
• Sell investment property to first time investors
• To call, email, WhatsApp and SMS clients daily and schedule consultations
• Arrange and facilitate show house viewings
