Property Portfolio Manager - Port Elizabeth
You must bring with you extensive admin management skills and maturity to handle a career in property management. We are looking for a strong admin and service orientated background at a senior level. You MUST have a matric and own vehicle as there is from time to time after hours management meetings (i.e. body corporate, financial/governing body etc.) You will manage the portfolio of residential/commercial/mixed schemes. There is a great deal of document preparation in this position, almost PA in function as you will take many minutes of meetings, prepare agenda’s etc. You will attend to all maters arising thereof, obtain quotes on behalf of clients, liaise with contractors, liaise over maintenance levies, incident reports. Strong Excel needed for municipal spreadsheets etc. So we need a good combination of customer service/financial and administrative skills and experience.
