Property Specialist / Financial Planner (CFP) – Durbanville, Cape Town

A renowned national Wealth and Property Investment company is looking for an experienced Property Specialist / Financial Planner (CFP) to join their team on a full-time permanent basis for their offices based in Durbanville, Cape Town.

Excellent compensation package on offer, which consists of a very good base salary per month (subject to qualification and or experience) There are also many internal career advancement opportunities.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will work for a renowned national group of companies who provides investment consulting services for residential buy-to-let investments. These group services includes securing bank finance, providing legal and statutory services to setup investment structures, accounting, tax planning, wealth management, and property rental management.

This individual will be working closely with the Property Portfolio Planner, who is a CA (SA), to prepare Wealth Plans and consult with high net worth property investors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 - 5 years’ financial planning/property experience
• At least 2 years sales experience
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Registration with Board for a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) preferred
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
• Computer literate
• Own transport
• Excel advanced skills
