Are you a driven individual with a passion for business growth? Join my client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, as an Account Manager. Your role will be pivotal in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

As an Account Manager, you’ll represent our comprehensive Solutions offering and related products and services. Your strategic approach will be key in expanding our market share and achieving long-term business growth objectives within this dynamic sector, utilizing both Direct and Indirect channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tactical seeking new business opportunities in the market.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, lead generation tools, reputable sources and our existing channel as sales opportunities.
Develop relationships with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other reputable authorized sources and build good rapport to secure effective meetings.
Maximize turning of leads into opportunities by effective application of the company’s Sales Methodology
Ensuring the CRM (Sales Force) is used effectively.
Increase market share by segmentation (vertical market strategy).
Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities to track and manage the achievement of the sales master plan.
Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
Maintain current and accurate knowledge of competitor products, be able to highlight their gap and promote relevant benefits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12\Matric.
Relevant Business-related Tertiary Qualification
Business Degree is advantageous
Project Management certification is preferable.
3-5 Years in Office Automation and ICT industry essential.
At least 6 years’ experience in Sales and New Business Development
