Quality Assurance Consultant with PL Underwriting experience required to quality assure the activities of the personal lines underwriting team and provide coaching to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to legislation and business processes.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• RE5 essential
• FAIS compliance essential (credits and/or full qualification)
• Minimum 3 years’ PL underwriting experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ Quality Assurance experience required

Responsibilities:
• Quality assure the activities of the PL Underwriting Team and provide coaching
• Adhere to quality control processes and procedures
• Quality assurance reporting
• Feedback to line managers and underwriters
• Weekly/monthly coaching with underwriters to improve performance
