Qualified Electrician
Looking for an experienced electrical repair technician to install, alter, maintain and repair electrical wiring systems, fixtures, transformers, switchgears and other electrical equipment.

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown
and correct the problem.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
• Locates, analyzes, and corrects power failures, short circuits and electrical related problems.
• Able to read electrical layouts and drawings.
• Installation of electrical boxes, DB boards, other enclosures, conduits (pipes, tubing, trunking etc.)
• Ground leads and connecting of power to different equipment
• Adhere to relevant electrical policies and procedures


Qualifications
• Min N6: Electrical Engineering
• Must be a qualified electrician with a valid trade test certificate
• A wireman's license
• Valid driver’s licence

Experience and Skills Required

• 3+ years experience Assembly, installation, testing and maintenance of electrical equipment
• Highly motivated, reliable, analytic and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must show initiative and be proactive
• Excellent communication skills.
• Right technical knowledge and skills.
• Excellent with hand and power tools.
