My client, a leader in Digital Banking, is looking for a Performance Coach to enhance the level of service provided to the customers in a call centre environment.

In this role, you will report to the Training and Performance Team Leader, you will assist to develop an effective coaching plan for the Call Centre and act as a ‘super-user’ to support CSRs on systems and products.

To qualify, you are a South African born citizen with a minimum qualification of matric and preferably an additional qualification in Quality Assurance or coaching.

You also have at least 3 years successful experience as a performance coach or quality assurance consultant within a banking call centre environment (telephone or internet banking).
