A medium sized Construction (7CE) company Based in the North West Province and operating throughout South Africa is looking for qualified Quantity Surveyor with Social housing, internal services experience with a sound knowledge of CCS. You must have a stable track record, you would have worked for recognised companies for 5 years or more as a Quantity Surveyor with Social housing, internal services experience.

The company has a social housing project in Kimberley starting early 2022, they require a QS on this project that knows CCS and must be very competent dealing with internal measurements using SANS as well as subcontractor appointments and managing their measurements and valuations each month. Must be a very dynamic and punctuative individual.

Package offered – R600,000.00 - R840,000.00 and will be based on experience. Accommodation 0n single basis provided in Kimberley.
Own vehicle to get to site with R/km reimbursement.
Living out allowances and business calls reimbursement .
No Provident fund / medical allowances.
Employment type – Limited duration (1 Year) contracts initially thereafter a permanent position may be considered.
Education:
A minimum National Diploma- Building/Quantity Surveying and must have at least 10 years’ experience on a social housing project, internal roads, sewer and water reticulation, must have good CCS Candy experience in estimating and valuations, COLTO and SANS standard specification knowledge and experience for interim payment certificates
