Rail Export Controller - Alberton - market related package

Our client is seeking the services of a Rail Export Controller.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for a variety of duties associated with daily railway operations, update status report with daily notification and Risk Management.


Key Performance Areas include but not limited to:
• Planning/priority setting
• Reporting
• Communication
• Follow-ups
• Expert knowledge of figures/ customer liaison.
• Leadership skills, documentation of SLA\SOP and compliance.


Desired Profile - Experience, Knowledge and Skills required:
• Matric or Grade 12
• One to three years related experience or training
• Certificate relating to the industry and position is an advantage
• Must be fully computer literate
• A good command of the English language
• Familiar with legal requirements and documentation for exports
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Excellent planning and organising
• Mathematical skills
• Must have knowledge of the Rail Industry
• A strong individual who will make a positive difference to the Branch
