Our client has an immediate Receptionist/ Administrator Job Vacancy in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Duties

Manage front desk - operational (switchboard in a prompt and professional manner, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests as well as handling them when appropriate)
Visitors/ Contractors sign in
Liaising with clients
Front door security
Manage cleaning staff
Main contact person between all branch offices and typing of various correspondence
Conducting research and presenting findings
Available to perform errands, collect consumables and equipment
Control the groceries and stationery requirements sourcing and ordering stationery as and well required
Communicate housekeeping priorities in line with health and safety
Monitor housekeeping schedules
Ensure documentation and standard operation procedures are correctly filed and updated
Weekly visits to Head Office to ensure that all documentation is handed over
Stand in/ assist Head Office Receptionist when required
Requirements

Own vehicle
Computer literate
Matric
10 Years working experience
