RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

LOCATION: MAYBERRY PARK, ALBERTON
SALARY: Basic plus Commission
CONTRACT: Month to month contract with prospects of full time

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification, HR or Marketing Degree or Diploma an advantage
• 3 years external recruitment experience
• Own transport (distinct advantage)
• Good proven track record of consistent performance and achieving of targets
• Should have passion for sales and strives for success
• Microsoft office proficient
• Must be hard and smart worker

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE

• Cold Calling, must enjoy cold calling
• Full recruitment function
• Building and maintaining client and candidate base
• New business development through various creative methods
• Closing deals
• Be able to present to Clients, pitching
• Compiling job adverts and maintaining social media Ads
• Sourcing top talent in the market and thorough screening of candidates
• Conducting background checks and references
• Interviewing of Candidates
• Testing and Assessing of Candidates
• Obtaining relevant documentation and ensuring up to date admin of current deals
• Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates
• Typing of CV's
• Candidate interview arrangements
• Constant communication with clients and candidates
• Meeting and managing targets
