Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Consultant with strong Technology Recruitment background. If you have experience with recruiting in one of these regions: Nordic countries, Germany, Netherlands or the US it will be a plus. The company's Head office is based in the UK, however they are looking at stablishing an extension to their team in South Africa. This is a permanent and fully remote position.

Requirements:

2+ years of IT recruitment experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Technology Recruitment
Recruitment experience in either Nordic countries, Germany, Netherlands or the US will be an advantage
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Duties:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, professional networks and ATS)
Screen CVs and engage with candidates based on met requirements
Advertising available roles
Build relationships with clients
Set up interviews and receive / relay post-interview feedback
Complete background checks
Manage end-to-end candidate and client experience
Reporting and create recruitment strategies based on data
