RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced RECRUITMENT & TRAINING HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER for a large concern. Position based in the Pietermaritzburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Human Resources Degree or Diploma will be a strong advantage.
Valid Code 08 driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel / MS Word experience.
Knowledge of Sage system.
5yrs+ human resources experience (training and development, recruitment and selection).
Knowledge of EE and SDF is ESSENTIAL.
Working knowledge of current labour legislation.
Ability to reconcile for budgetary purposes.
Knowledge of BEE.
