RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock management knowledge within the Oil and Gas Environment.
Ability to prioritise and organise a demanding workload, adapting to fit the changing needs of the business.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively – verbally and in writing – with internal and external contacts, at all levels.
Knowledge of the OHS Act and regulations, LPG standards and sound engineering practices for depot operations with specific reference to major hazardous installations.
Employee On-Boarding.
Compiling Opex and Capex budgets in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
Monthly review of the efficiencies of each depot in terms of adhering to supply commitments and deadlines – Production & Distribution.
Monitoring of all strategies implemented in terms of improving efficiencies.
Perform stock management, in conjunction with the Depot Manager / Supervisor and the Metal & Inventory Manager, monthly review of the stock management of each depot to determine required action going forward.
Ensure that all depots adhere to and comply with HSSEQ policies and procedures.
Improve Packed Distribution performance across all filling plants/depots
Responsible for reviewing monthly distribution efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Ensure that relevant procedures and systems are implemented from an HSSE perspective (driving hours, overspeeding, truck loading) etc.
The Regional Depot Manager is responsible for working with the commercial (packed), technical and Ops HSSE teams to increase productivity and drive compliance at CODO, CLDO and DODO sites about technical, HSE and logistics performance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / Grade 12.
Relevant Engineering Degree.
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in an Oil and Gas Environment.
Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role.
