Pick Me Recruitment is looking for a Retail Administrator for a dynamic retail group. The position will be based at the group's Head Office in Cape Town, Canal Walk.
The role is to assist the retail department with all administrative duties. The position will report to the Head of Supply Chain/Retail Manager.

The perfect candidate is someone with exceptional administrative and coordination’s skills, strong excel skills and computer literate, analytical and forward thinking and must be able to work well in a team. Previous FMCG or Restaurant experience will be advantageous.

A pre-requisite is that the candidate resides locally and have their own reliable transport.

Minimum Requirements & Key Accountabilities

• Any relevant retail administration qualification
• 1 -2 years related experience
• Support the retail and supply chain teams with administrative duties
• Pulling and putting together reports (Stock reports, sales reports, claims)
• Coordinate and distribute marketing material for retailers
• Managing samples for retailers
• Raising PO’s with retail suppliers
• General filing
• Implement and submit listing documents for ALL retailers
• Valid Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle

Remuneration: R17 000 – R20 000 CTC
