RETAIL MANAGER – PLETTENBERG BAY
For a Retail and manufacturing company in Plettenberg bay. Oversee the operation of retail outlets (including online) and drive sales.

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Retail Management ( some preferably at GM level)
Need a valid drivers license and be able to travel to stores in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
A tertiary business or retail qualification an advantage.
Must have operational knowledge of running stores.
Must have previously managed teams of people, recruited and trained.
Must be an excellent communicator and liase with marketing, sales, visual merchandising, stock controllers’ and do senior Management reporting.
Must have excellent customer relationship management experience.
Must have a good understanding of strategic business development.
Must have excellent computer skills, Microsoft office, POS system management, (palladium or wordpress and advantage)

Salary dependent on experience and a % of increased revenue.
