Risk & Compliance Specialist
Southern Suburbs

We are looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance Specialist (preferably from back-office financial services/internet/eCommerce industry) who can assist with risk management, fraud detection and compliance reviews.

Requirements
? 3 + years of experience related to high transaction volume financial services/ financial & risk operations /e-commerce/online transactions (e.g. eCommerce, online banking or payment solutions)
? Ability to research and present findings for compliance review
? Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and learn skills necessary to complete the job
? Fraud related certification is a plus but not required

Tasks and responsibility
? Review of internal and external fraud alerts and escalations for suspicious or fraudulent activity
? Identify and communicate new fraud scenarios and/or process gaps to management as observed during ongoing review of customer accounts, and help with testing new parameters and profiles within the detection systems
? Compliance and regulatory reviews
? Problem merchant management
? Review payout batches to customers for accuracy & potential fraudulent activity and perform the processing of payout batches
