Sales Administrator - Cape Town

Responsibilities:
To train and assist Sales Consultants with using in-house system and helping them to sell the benefits of the system to their customers
Assist in the payments and get that set up with customers in conjunction with Sales Reps and Credit Controllers
To assist Consultants in setting up accounts on the in-house system with customers and train customers on how to use the system when making an order or tracking their delivery
Assisting to set up targeted customers initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular Sales Consultants
To assist customers and Sales Consultants with any technical or general challenges regarding the system
Be able to assist customers with any other query relevant to the system
To give regular accurate reporting regarding the progress and tracking of sales as required by Branch Management
In conjunction with the Sales Manager, ensure that the Branch maintains the desired percentage of orders processed via the online ordering system

Requirements:
Qualification in Sales
At least 2 years’ experience in Sales
Exceptional telephonic skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good listener
Capacity to maintain contracts
High energy levels
Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
Ability to work independently and be part of a team
Realise the urgency of maintaining contracts
Ability to lead, work with and, be part of a team
Capacity to manage people dynamics
