Sales Consultant | Road Freight – Durban
Salary: R20k + Commission

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for 2 New Business Sales Consultants from within the road, transport, courier and freight industries to join a national logistics company. The positions are permanent, based in eThekwini, with commission on targets. The company is growing and expanding their sales and development teams and are looking for passionate, driven, self-motivated sales consultants.

Purpose of Position:

To ensure that new business is secured in line with individual sales targets and overall strategy towards revenue growth for the company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12; Qualification in Sales & Marketing will be advantageous
• Valid Drivers License; Own Transport
• Minimum 5 years’ New Business Sales experience (Cold Calling)
• Experience of Courier / Road Freight Industry will be advantageous
• Fully au-fait with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint intermediate level)

Duties:

• Acquire new business, in line with targets
• Generate and submit required reports
• Ensure Customer visits as per call cycle
• Produce and submit Proposals and pricing submissions
• Ensure that amendments to or implementation of new business processes are done
• Building strong and effective relationships with Customers in line with business model.
