Sales Activity
• Make a maximum of 50 contact calls per day
• Achieve a minimum of 90 minutes effective call time per day
• Facilitate 40 meaningful sales conversations per week
• Complete weekly sales pipeline for review with your manager weekly
• Upsell current clients through add on benefits
• Maximize sales deals through group bookings
Account Management
• Maximize the positive experience for our clients by working with them on the campaign to meet their needs
• Proactively manage the client activity and experience on the project and facilitate the booking process efficiently and professionally
Lead Generation / Sales Plan
• Build a database of leads and referred companies from current clients
• Complete and build a comprehensive database of new prospects and companies to contact
• Update your sales plan on a daily basis to report to your manager
Audience / Attendee development
• Contact and invite key clients and customers to attend various networking events
• Work closely with the Marketing manager and team to increase attendees to networking events through various initiatives
