Sales Enablement Manager (Telecommunications)

In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the development of current and new commercial enablement initiatives to equip Sales and Customer Success teams to successfully go to market with. Additionally, you will facilitate continuous learning, provide management of change communication, and pivotal support to Sales Management.

The ideal candidate will meet the following Minimum requirements:
• A Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales Management or similar is essential
• 6+ years experience in a similar Sales Enablement role
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in information communication & telecommunications is a strong advantage
• Ability to plan, prepare for and conduct training
• Must have proven track record in content development & management, as well as learning and development
• Solid experience with and understanding of Change Management
• Good working knowledge of the CRM Salesforce
• Must be proficient in MS Office.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Facilitating ongoing learning and development (L&D) initiatives for all Key Account Managers, and maintain a comprehensive training schedule
• Develop and implement processes and practices in order to build capability and promote efficiency within the business
• Be the key driver of change initiatives as part of building high performing teams
• People management – including performance management and appraisals, change management, as well as training, mentoring and coaching team members as and when required
• Providing guidance to the Sales Support teams in their work of on-boarding new customers, as well as opportunity creation and facilitation
• Developing and maintaining unified sales documentation and a comprehensive sales content repository for the Organisation as a whole
