Sovereign Foods, a national supplier of top quality chicken products to the SA market via various brands, is seeking to employ a Sales Information Coordinator for its operations at Kariega (Uitenhage).
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and interested candidates for this position at the Commercial Division. The job holder is responsible for maintaining high service levels to Customers, clear communication and coordination between key stakeholders, maintaining sales administration and reducing sales-related costs. The ideal candidate will be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate, two years’ experience in a Sales administrative function and be computer literate on all Microsoft Office products to an intermediate level.
Results Required:
The successful candidate must be able to achieve the following results:
• Processing of Sales orders
• Liaise with various stake holders, including customers, regarding stock availability, delivery ETA’s, etc
• Proactively reduce distribution costs
• Build and maintain relationships, internally and externally
• Produce and distribute schedules and reports on a daily basis
• Produce and distribute customer order reconciliations
