Our client, a global company in the beauty industry, is currently looking for a Sales Lead Manager for the North African market, to support their team in Cape Town.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years’ experience in Sales within the North African Market
• Supply Chain analysis and forecasting unit/revenue volume experience
• Experience in analysing data for a multistore chain
• Bilingual French
• Proficient Ms Office
• Flexibility to travel a must (minimum 50% or more)

Key responsibilities as Sales Lead Manager:

• Developing positive business relationships with Distributor Owners, Managers, Store Associates, Education Personnel and Key Accounts
• Planning & executing sell through activities in conjunction with distributors
• Delivering assigned sales and distribution targets focused on maximized sell in and sell through across the market
• Working with data from multiple sources, interpret the data and turn into actionable conclusions
• Accurately reporting and forecasting the business which would include monthly flow, promotions, initiatives, collections and customer centric programs
• Establishing and coordinating all sales, education, account centric marketing components and inventory
