RS Recruitment Services is assisting a national VIRTUAL MOTOR DEALERSHIP to recruit SALES LEAD SPECIALISTS to work remotely on a three-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. R5 000 + commission for the duration of the fixed term contract and then R8 500 + commission and benefits, if permanently appointed. Training and marketing material will be provided.
OUR CLIENT IS A VIRTUAL DEALERSHIP PROVIDING ONLINE ACCESS TO THE BEST CAR DEALS AVAILABLE, THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.
PLEASE TAKE CAREFUL NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO QUALIFY FOR CONSIDERATION:
IDEALLY, CANDIDATES SHOULD BE/HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Matric.
A national diploma or bachelor’s degree, an advantage.
One to three years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, an advantage.
Able to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow-up on leads.
Set up appointments for the sales team.
Work with the sales team and management to develop strategies to generate leads.
Initiate and participate in creating new business and follow-through pitches.
Provide weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports.
Achieve sales lead generation targets and appointment quotas.
Manage data for new and prospective clients.
REMUNERATION:
Three Month Fixed Term Contract:
R5 000 basic + R2 000 commission per sale + R2 000 bonus for achieving overall sales target, each month for the initial three-month contract period.
Possibility of Permanent Employment after Three Months:
R8 5000 basic + R2 000 commission per sale, with medical aid and provident fund, if given a permanent appointment.
