Manufacturing company (chemical ind) looking for a Sales Manager with experience in a NON-FOOD retail/ Independent Wholesale/ Hardware environment.

1. Responsible for the sustainable growth and profitability of the retail channel, through the execution of the strategic and operating plans.
2. Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals. Provide sound leadership for the Sales Team.

• Matric + relevant Business/Retail Tertiary qualification (desirable, but not a must)
• Computer literate – strong on Excel, and knowledge of data analytics
• Min 5 years’ experience – Key Accounts Management/ Sales Management/ Sales - in a NON-FOOD retail/ Independent Wholesale/ Hardware environment
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle – A MUST
• Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
