Purpose of Position:
Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Manager from the Manufacturing and or Automotive Industry. This is a Permanent management position based in Johannesburg Gauteng. Desirable sales & industry experience in chosen product categories: OEM, Refrigerants, Mining, HVAC parts, Automobile spares. Experience in a large, high pressurised environment essential.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric, Relevant Sales & Marketing Degree
• Own transport, Driver’s License
• Willing & Able to travel extensively
• 10-12 years Sales & Marketing experience at a Regional or National level in a corporate environment
• Desirable sales experience in chosen product categories: Refrigerants, HVAC parts, Automobile spares
• Handling Trade and OEM customers

Key Deliverables:
• Sales volume for each product
• Product pricing vis-à-vis (equal authority) competitor pricing
• Customer satisfaction
• Addition of new customers
• Addition of new business

Duties:
• Establish Sales Distribution Channels in South Africa
• Create value proposition for Trade and OEM segment for having the company as a vendor
• Propose and implement Marketing Strategies
• Build Sales throughput in After-Market
• Obtain approvals in Automotive OEMs & Mining industry
• Inventory planning
• Receivables Management
• Establish feasibility of setting up a re-filling facility in the region
